1. Ordering
    a. Online Shopping - We do offer online shopping, however, customer credit card information is not received or stored by RegularWheels.com. For the safety and security of our customer we have chosen Paypal to process online orders. We do receive your personal information in regards to the shipping address. We keep this information in our database and only use it for order history and re-orders. This information will never be sold to or shared with a third party. We will on occasion mail a 'specials' flyer, but only on products or services purchased previously. We offer an opt out for this mailing, see the form here.
    b. Mail Order - We accept mail orders with payment via check or money order. Checks and money orders are immediately deposited and no information from them is kept. We do keep a database of our customers used only for re-orders and never sold or shared with a third party.

2. Mailing List
    a. RegularWheels.com does maintain an active emailing list for the purpose of distributing current market data report about the sales of Matchbox vehicles and for promoting other products and services. The report is sent monthly and the email distribution list is never used for only promotional purposes. The distribution list is considered private and confidential and will never be sold to or shared with a third party.
    b. Opt Out - Every monthly emailing will contain an easy to find link to opt out of the list. Once this is submitted your email will be removed immediately, no questions asked. The opt out form is here.
    c. Snail Mail List - On occasion we will be offering specials and will send a mailing to our current customer database. This will only be done rarely and will only feature products or services you have previously purchased. You can opt out of this list at any time. See the opt out form here.

3. Web Based Email Accounts - Coming Soon
    a. RegularWheels.com has partnered with a third party to offer users a free web based email account. Upon sign-up the third party asks for certain information. RegularWheels.com is in no way responsible for any content or user experience with said third party. Please read the Privacy Statement offered by the third party upon sign-up. Your personal information is not required to sign up for an account.

4. Web Statistics
    a. Our web site host provides the service of collecting data from site visitors, no personal information whatsoever, just demographic information. The information collected is: what search term was used to find the site; what search engine was used; what type of browser; time of day; length of visit; number of pages visited; entry page; exit page; what site directed the visit; etc. This information is used for marketing purposes, measuring the effect of search engine placement and advertising. Again, no personal information is collected.
